Our friends from Berlin, Elroyo and Leonard de Leonard made it, for real.
I mean, I do not post this shit only because they are my buddies, but this maxi is really amazing.
All the remixes are dope. (my fav are the DLID feat Neopen one and also the Nasser one).
The visual is aslo worked as well as the music. It takes an important space in the band concept.

J’ai ecouté en boucle Piano Solo pendant des mois, je m’en etait presque dégouté à force. Et pour avoir eu la chance de le voir jouer dans une petite salle à NY, accompagné d’ATrack, et où il avait joué ce morceau au piano l’hiver dernier… bref je ne pouvais pas, ne pas faire un post dessus, j’ai d’ailleurs déjà mis bien trop de temps à le faire !

En février 1989 il écrivit un des premiers articles sur la New-Beat.

En 1988, à Bruxelles, l’Electronic Body Music [EBM] oldschool connait une période de popularité, les rythmes minimalistes et martiaux du “Headhunter” de Front 242 font fureur dans des clubs comme le Boccaccio à Destelbergen et l’Ancienne Belgique à Bruxelles, tandis que la house et l’Acid house à Chicago commencent à se faire connaître sur le continent. Le déclic se fait d’après la petite histoire quand un DJ du club Boccaccio passe par erreur le morceau Flesh de A Split Second à 33 tours au lieu de 45 tours : le public apprécia ce nouveau rythme et les DJ ont continué à passer les titres au ralenti. Dans le 1er morceau [Euroshima] on sent bien les influences EBM, mais la New-Beat est presque là. Le second [Ibiza] est un des morceaux parfait de l’époque, gros sons, et pas encore les samples putassiers qui vont tuer le genre.
